What do you do with the kitchen sink?

What do you do with an old country kitchen sink? It is still in good shape but... It does not really fit in with my vision of the modern kitchen. In an age of dish washing machines, five feet and six inches seems an awful lot of counter space to dedicate to the sink.

What do you do with the kitchen sink? You put it on Craig's List. Just over 12 hours since I posted the ad and three responses seemingly willing to pay my $500 asking price for the sink with base and 3 matching wall cabinets.

The sink and cabinets have been sold to a couple from Buffalo, MO. They were so sincere that I let the entire set go for $250. The matching wall cabinets posed a minor difficulty in removing them from the wall but in the end brute force won out without significant damage to cabinet or wall. One more step in the deconstruction that allows the reconstruction.
